CHART [Graph] are not showing in Oracle Application request output

Hi,

I used chart (graph) in rtf template.

When I submitted the report request through Oracle Application, it did not show graph in request output. But when I generated the PDF through BI Publisher Add In from MS Word, the graphs shown in PDF output.

BI Publisher Add in Version: 11.1.1.5.0

Oracle Application Version: 12.1.3
