TSP - Translation Sync Patches

We just want to know that if we clone EBS environments within the same family, do we need to request for Spanish TSP everytime we apply on any of these instances OR Can we use the same TSP for all instances in same family ?
TSP - Translation Sync Patches (which oracle release on request)

If we have same family and we apply this patch on one instance.

Ques : Can we apply the same TSP on other cloned instances of the same family.
