Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. File export utility not working from R12 Production instance after upgrade to R12.

After a clone of both Apps and DB to any test instance (all test instances reside on same physical server), this utility is working.

Any idea if any middlewear settings could be different
