weblink to create a task - how to close browser window

Hello - I have created a weblink as a short cut on the opportunity detail so that the user doesn't have to drill into the opportunity detail, but cancreate a task from the opportunity list (included in preview).  It is working fine and opens another window as expected.  However, what I'm

finding is that the user isn't being disciplined about closing those windows in a timely way and can end up with 10+ windows, which is

probably affecting performance.  Is there a way to automatically close have the window close or have the create task page immediately close after they hit Save?
