EBS 12.2 Release date?

During Colloborate 12, it was discussed that the following enhancement was to be releasd in 12.2:  Standard Invoicing for Adjusted Transactions.  I also heard that Oracle might release smaller patches of 12.2.  Can someone confirm when 12. 2 will come out and if there will be smaller patches of 12.2.
