Order discount and Partial Shipments

Hi - I was wondering if there is a way to apportion the volume discount on partial shipments in JDE.

e.g. Volume discount is set up based on total order amount. If most of the lines are backordered and say one line is shippable when shipping the one line is there a way to apportion the volume discount. Otherwise, I can end up with a credit and was wondering if there is a way to avoid this to happen in the system automatically?
