Is it possible to stop the business event particular transaction

  Hi All,

      i have enabled business event . while running the standard concurrent program  our business event it should be triggered. 

     my requirement is i need to  error out standard concurrent program particular transaction .

    Ex:

           in my code i have one of the cursor fetching more than value. if cursor fetching more than value i need to error out the standard concurrent program.

         

        Could you please suggest me how to error out the standard program.
