Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can you please suggest me some idea on how to proceed for the below requirement.

Requirement: List of requests which are in ‘Open’ status for more than 3 days

For the above requirement we have to use Lists and not reports. I tried the following filters but none of them are working

On

On or before

On or after

We don’t have ‘Greater Than’ filter for Date fields.
