Work Confirmation against Complex PO

Logged in as a Buyer I entered a Work Confirmation via BWC for a complex PO. I then logged in iSupplier to view my work confirmations and the status displays a status of Processing. It has been about 20 minutes since I created the work confirmation. I am a little confused as to what the system is doing and how long does it stay in Processing status? No special approval conditions were created using AME.
