Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Reviewed all the related documents on Oracle Support such as below but found no resolution:

Concatenated_segments Field Is Null in pay_cost_allocation_keyflex Table (Doc ID 1282716.1)

Created a Service Request but no resolution so far. Thanks for your help.
