Parameters Values for GoldenGate System Monitoring Plug-In ?

I'm trying to install the GoldenGate System Monitoring Plug-In for Enterprise Manager 12c.

When I get to the section "Configuring Oracle GoldenGate to Run with Oracle Enterprise Manager" (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/install.121/e27804/toc.htm#BABIABHJ), the install manual mentions the following parameters in the /opt/ggs/cfg/Config.properties file:

jagent.rmi.port=[port_number]
jagent.host=[Oracle_GoldenGate_host_name]
jagent.jmx.port=[port_number]
jagent.user.name=[user_name]

How can I figure out what values to use?
