SQL query to fetch Journal approver for historic data

Dear all,

     I am in need of the query to fetch the approver for journals.

If its the current approver, then we can get the present manager of the journal creater. But what if the approver is changed for old ones? How do I fetch it?

It will be of great help if anyone has tried this already and share the query.
