gather statistics

I have a table(10milion rows), It shows last analyzed date is 18th jun 2010. As discussed, they said that  they are taking gather export / import statistics.

My question is will it impact/change the last analyzed date of the table.

(i.e: Does the last analyzed date reflect the latest time of gather export / import st
