iExpenses R12.1.3 - Error when opening Approval Notification

Hi All,

Configured iExpenses on our test system including AME rules. Creating, submitting expense reports for approval and the approval itself worked fine for a period of time.

For some reason I now get an error when trying to open the AME Approval notification. The employee is assigned, AME rules are still followed which I can see on the approval tab of the expense report, but when trying to open the notification I get the error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException

        at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)

        at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:616)
