Debrief Error : There is a line without transaction type is added in the debrief line

Hi All,
Debrief status is completed in Error due to the new line added without any transaction type.

Channel Code: CSF_PORTAL
Status: Failed

As per the discussion with the user, the scenario is happening while entering the labour charges via technician  portal.

Please help me to permanently fix this issue
