No labor splitting for shifts in R12

Hi

The coverage day for a customer is set to 0800 - 1700

The billing rate is set to above as normal and other shifts to overtime except for Sunday which is set to double.

0000 - 0800   Item   Description   Overtime   50%

0800 - 1700                                 Normal       0% or just leave the line out completely

1700 - 2359                                 Overtime    50%

Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays etc.

In 11i I get the debrief labour lines to split according to the shifts above but won't charge.

In R12 with the same setup nothing happens.

Does anyone have a solution for R12?
