Single Responsiblity to create the Service contractacts across multiple operating units

Hi Alll

Is there any way to create a responsibilyt to manage the contracts across all the operating units.

E.g We have a responsiblity called Global Contract Manager and we have 84 operating units. Can we create the contracts for these 84 operating units using this access and asssign the operating unit during contract creation and interface the contracts to Receivables for billing.
