Unable to reserve quantity for an order line

Hi,

We have an item for which below are the details

1. onhand in the org and subinventory =1

2. Available to transact=0

3. Available to reserve=0

Even though pick release is picking up the line, reservation is failing. I understand that it is due to the fact that Available to Reserve qty is 0.

However, i am unable to figure out why. There are no other open sales order demand nor any reservation against any other sales order line.

Can you please advise?
