Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Modifier does ot work in Field Service Charges

I have tried unsuccessfully to create a discount modifier for our corporate customers for an item that is not covered in a contract.

This discount does not feed through to the charges in the service request.

I would really appreciate some advice or assistance if I am doing something wrong.
