VACANCY ID FIELD IN PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F TABLE

 Hi All,

I have a scenario here for my client, We are using Vacancy for filling up positions. The new position are filled by an inbound job to Oracle, this job will move employees from old to new position, then it increse the old position(number of opening) vacancy by +1 and then decrease the new position vacancy(number of openings) by -1. 

Now my issue is, If the Employee ABC is hired in year 2000 for a vacancy id 1234. His assignment record will start with effective start date of "01-Jan-2000". The vacancy id column in the assignments table will hold "1234". Over a period of time he would have transferred to different positions, like below sample
