Patch 14009893 Has Produced Some "No such file or directory" Errors

I am applying patch 14009893 as part of the Dev6i Patch 19 upgrade (see MOS note 125767.1)

Applied Apps patches as outlined in MOS note 881505.1.
Applied other Dev6i patches as outlined in MOS note 125767.1 --> patch 6194129 (developer6i_patch19).

We are upgrading our DB to 11g and this Dev6i Patch 19 upgrade is a pre-req step for the DST patches.

These error lines occurred when running script backup.sh:

cp: cannot stat `/us4001/product/11510/inextiora/806/forms60/java/oracle/forms/engine/Main$1.class': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat `/us4001/product/11510/inextiora/806/forms60/java/oracle/forms/handler/UICommon$DeferredItem.class': No such file or directory
