Gapless/Sequential Invoice Numbers

Invoice numbers are skipping in our Brazil operating unit after we applied PIS/COFINS patches in March. All the setups are in place for gapless, "nochache" invoice numbering. All other operating units (US, EMEA, China, etc.) do not have this issue. This is critical because of Brazilian statutory requirement for gapless invoicing.
