Reports randomly and intermittently print PCL code instead of the report

Just wondering if anyone has seen this before.   We print a lot of pick slips, invoices, and sales orders.  Occasionally, in the middle of a print invoice batch or in place of a report being printed, about 50 to 100 pages of PCL code prints. This ties up our printers for long periods of time.  We have made no changes to drivers in EBS.  Our data center moved from one location to another shortly before this started happening, don't know if it is related.   Any suggestions?
