US PAY: Health Savings Accounts

Oracle 12.1.3 RUP4

Is there any documentation available for Oracle EBS regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSA)?  Searching MOS I get tons of hits for PeopleSoft, but very little for Oracle EBS.

We are potentially going to offer this, and need to research what it will take to get it set up, how are limits enforced, etc.
