Unable to install rpm glibc-devel-2.5-24.i386.rpm

Hi - I want to install glibc-devel-2.5-24.i386.rpm on as part of prereq of fusion middleware installnoticed that it had dependency on other rpm's glibc-devel-2.5-12-i386-->glibc-2.5-24.i386.rpm glibc-headers-2.5-24.i386.rpm-->glibc-common-2.5-24.i386.rpm when installing glibc-common-2.5-24.i386.rpm there are some conflicts file /usr/share/i18n/locales/es_SV from install of glibc-common-2.5-24.i386 conflicts with file from package glibc-common-2.5-81.el5_8.2.x86_64 file /usr/share/i18n/locales/es_UY from install of glibc-common-2.5-24.i386 conflicts with file from package glibc-common-2.5-81.el5_8.2.x86_64 file /usr/share/i18n/locales/es_VE from install of glibc-common-2.5-24.i386
