UK PAY: Statutory Paternity Pay Birth Element

Our Statutary Paternity Pay Birth element has stopped feeding indirect results to elements when it is being processed by retropay, has anyone else encountered this problem?
If Yes, then how did you get round the issue?
if No then could you possible share your formula results formula with me?
