Standalone Reports-Server can not start: error while loading shared libraries

Hi All,

As I wanted to create Froms, Reports and Discoverer-Domains (11.1.1.6.0), config-wizard failed to complete its activities with opmn and create standalone servers.
I find out that was a conflict with SELinux-Policy and corrected change it. Now, I can start all of processes except WebCache (not high prio) and standalone Reports-Server. WLS and all Managedservers can start.
I get following error in reports-logs:
/home/oc/Oracle/Middleware/as_1/bin/rwserver: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

for web-cache
/home/oc/Oracle/Middleware/as_1/webcache/bin/webcachectl: error while loading shared libraries: /home/oc/Oracle/Middleware/as_1/lib/libons.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

Howdy, Stranger!
