Error in the submit build in the deployment

 When i try build a update package dont passed from submit build step. The pdf report stay stuck and dont show me the report, his stay in blank. Only happens in enviorment PD in PY work good. I think its for space but im not sure, maybe i need delete the folders of the old update packages, but i dont no how i can doing.
