Budget Checking Level of Detail and Requisition Self Service

In application P43E0001, the Budget  Tab suggest that budget can be entered at a higher Level of Detail (say level 5 ) and that requistion amounts can be entered at say level 7 but roll up / accumulate to the higher level for purposes of budget checking. Like to confirm this functionality in Requisition Self Service.
