Error in Install Base

Hi All,

I am getting an errors as:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package CS_COUNTERS_PUB
Procedure INSTANTIATE_COUNTERS API Programming Error: CS_Counters_PUB.AutoInstantiate_Counters API Failed.
Could not associate a Counter for this Instance.

in CSI_TXN_ERRORS table.

Any idea on how to process this.
