Scattered posting for lumpsum offers

This is little urgent, hence if you can respond at the earliest that will be great

I went through couple of other questions posted here. I understand that for scattered posting the accrual logic is based on the offer amt/offer # of days.

Question is how does this utilized/earned get updated daily? Do we need to run any concurrent job?
