Looking for a Sample document to recommend a RAC solution to consolidate the oracle servers.

 Hi,

The company was already using Oracle technology, having deployed five Oracle databases in a Windows environment. The data in some servers was also replicated in another database, this one in a Unix environment. The objective of the mandate was to consolidate three of the five Oracle databases and ensure a 24/7 production environment by installing the Oracle high availability RAC (Real Application Clusters) solution on three servers.  


So I am looking for a sample document to provide the recommendations of the approach to take to implement an Oracle RAC environment, and implementation of the final environment for the client.
