Oracle Service fulfilment manager(SFM) automatically creates the corresponding contract as well in r

Hi All,

In our R12 upgrade discussions, we heard that the latest SFM(service fulfilment manager,which creates the IB instances in near real-time) ,also has the ability to create the service contracts right after the corresponding install base instance is created(if it has all the required info) all in one shot(i.e both IB instance and OKS contract). Although we are not able to authenticate the above in any standard documentation yet.

Can some one validate the above comment and point us towards the right documentation (and what setups etc will help in doing the above,if any) which provides more information around this topic. Appreciate your quick help on this,
