CCOD Interfering with CRM Workflow

Hi,
I've create 3 workflows (2 When Modified Record Saved, 1 When New Record Saved) on the Activity Object.

For some reason, the CCOD system where we implemented the enhancement is triggering these emails despite the fact that the inbound calls received do not meet any of the preconditions.

Is there a way that I can exclude the CCOD system from triggering these workflows like a "Channel Exclude"?

If not, where would I need to go in CCOD to configure an exclusion?
