Increase the BOM levels

Discrete Manufacture: We need to increase the Max Bill Levels in the BOM parameters window. We have been working with 20 levels since Oracle was implemented and there is a need to increase to 30 the BOM levels.

We know that the BOM levels are used for bill explosions, cost related and loop checks however we need to know if there is any down side to increase the BOM level value or if it will conflict with the previous setup of 20.
