Contract Number not visible when creating Non Catalogue requisition

Hi All

I am creating a Non Catalogue requisition and trying to insert a Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA). however, my CPA number is not visible in the LOV.....although some earlier one's are. Any resolution to this issue?
