Getting error in daily synch log from middleware to crmod

Dear Frnds
After the recent upgrade on 13th in CRMOD .  In daily snch log of data transferring thru middle ware we are getting following error. Can any one advise why this error is coming and how to correct that.

"com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character '"' (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration; expected a space between public and system identifiers

 at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,50]"
