Tax used in receivables is also getting used in Payables

Hi,

I have configured Ebtax to generate automatic tax calucation in receivables bases on place of supply "Ship from". But When I create invoice in AP same tax is getting calculated automatically.I do not want any tax in AP.

Please advise
