Performance tab on EM creates performance issue on DB ( 11.2.0.1 )

Dear All
We are facing the following issue :

On Enterprise Manager , when Performance Tab is enabled , then the whole Db starting have a performance issue .
All queries getting slower .

Version 11.2.0.1
OS : Solaris 10

Any ideas ?
