Assignment Manager on Service Request

Hello all,

We are running dynamic assignment manager on Service Request business component, however we have a set of assignment rules, if none of the assignment rules were matched then we are defaulting the Owner field to empty (space), therefore our request is to not update the owner for specific conditions and keep it to the last owner, what i did is i set a read only field user property on the owner field for the requested conditions but it doesn't work and the assignment manager is keep updating the owner field to empty value.
