lINUX sERVER "ORACLE lINUX 5.8" is not starting after power lost

Dears,

my oracle server is not starting after a general power lost in the building and the UPS worked for 30 minues and also gone off, i started the server and worked fine, but i tried copying data from directory to another and i keep getting input/output error in the "cp" command even in "rm -rf" command.

i decided to restart the server, i type init1 to restart the server and it is not starting again with the screen displaying the attached .

kindly help and advive ASAp.
