Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. hi,

we are using Exadata Dabatase system for our Refill system.

if sometime Service partially/fully hampered due to Database problem what is the 1st checkpoint for troubleshooting Exadata System?

is there any documentation of standard procedures to troubleshoot using general checkpoint for Exadata system?
