SunSAI/P port OPEN/BUSY message

Hi All

Recently rebuilt two v240 machines with Solaris 10 update 8 and an 8-port DigiBoard (Asynchronous Serial Port Expander).  Downloaded and installed the SunSAI/P (PCI) 3.0 for Solaris 10 and patch 124020-05.

All working well from what I can see, except in /var/adm/platform on both servers I get the message:

saip: [ID 513537 kern.notice] NOTICE: pci114f,1c is OPEN/BUSY. Port:0 (0x2)

I never noticed this on Solaris 8.  This does not seem to stop the port from being used, spm seems to test Ok and the modem on port 0 also seems to operate OK.

I'm not too concerned, just wondering if it is a fixable bug or if anyone else experiences the same message to ease my mind.  What concerns me is that it just comes up for port 0 and not 1 to 7. which do have modems on them as well.  I figured it was maybe a conflict with the v240 internal serial port which I don't use.

Howdy, Stranger!
