P6R8.2 Auto Computing Actuals with changing Units/Time
When using auto-compute actuals, P6 uses Planned Units/Time to calculate the number of actual hours for the activity. Just like Apply Actuals is supposed to work, it calculates back to the start date of the activity.
However, if at the beginning of the activity the resource is 50% but later they become 100% to the activity, auto-compute won't work to translate the new estimated hours to Actual hours.
So right now it does this:
Planned U/T = 50%

Apply Actuals for week 1
