Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. unable to generate ash report

hi,

I am unable to generate ash report

while generating it is giving following error

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20200: No ASH samples exist for Database/Instance 1359938097/ALL
ORA-06512: at line 39

i have set statistics_level parameter to TYPICAL with that i am able to generate awr but not able to generate ash

i am using oracle 11g
