Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

New HTML version does not have Customer Tracking Number

Hi all,

The new html-version does not seem to display the Customer Tracking Number like the Flash version.

Is this a matter of customizing the page or isn't it available anymore?

I must say it was a helpfull field to quickly find all issues among all (oracle support and non-oracle support open issues).

In case it isn't available I would like to suggest an enhancement request.
