Project Status Inquiry Calculation
Can anyone please explain how system calculates PSI Columns which are below:
ITD Bgt-Rev, ITD Rev -Act, ITD Bgt-Cst, ITD Cost -Act, PTD-Cst Bgt, PTD - Act Cost , Commit Amt , Estimate to Complete and Fin% Complete
I will appreciate if explained by considering below example.
Project Start Date = 01 Jan 2012
project End date = 31 Dec 2012
Aproved Cost Budget = 1200
Approved Revenue Budget =12000
Agreemnt Amount =12000
Funded Amount =12000 ( Funding level= Project and this is the Original Funding)
Project Funding Date = 23 July 2012
Actual Cost = 150 ( considering expense item date = 23 july 2012)
Accrured Revenue=200 ( considering revenue accurual date = 23 july 2012)
Current Reporting Period = July-12
