how to remove [***SPAM*** Score/Req: 05.8/5.0]

hi,

we using some procedure to send e-mail notification using Gmail mail server . the problem is when the user receiving messsage he getting [***SPAM*** Score/Req: 05.8/5.0]  in subject.
how can i remove it .
