Content Structure created Prior to Content Server Creation and Configuration

Hi,

We have an OLM environment that I am trying to get up to date for testing purposes. This environment already has an existing structure for the Content but there is no attached Content Server. There are classes but the classes are pointing to external URLs. Will there be a problem if a content server is configured and attached to this existing content structure?
