Package "FA_CIP_PVT" got invalidated after the Patch 9069419
Found Note #1287739.1 (" FA_CIP_PVT Is Invalid After Patch 9069419") 

already performed the work around in the doc #1287739.1 , but no luck . This issue did not get resolved.
